TrackaPhone Alert Client app for iPhone and iPad

The TrackaPhone Alert Client for iPhone enables you to use your iPhone in conjunction with TrackaPhone Employee Protection Services. TrackaPhone has been delivering global solutions for the location, protection and management of people, assets and vehicles since 2002 and we continue to deliver our technology through a range of re-branded services.

There are a range of features included in the Alert Client applications dependent on your service level and choice of smartphone. This includes real time secure geo location of the phone while exceeding the UK codes of practice for the protection of privacy.

With your iPhone you will have the ability to activate an alarm, report your location, open a recorded voice call, send escalation messages to responders by email and SMS instigating an emergency response enabling your responders to listen live to the call and follow a predefined escalation procedure – all at the press of a button. Alternatively we can provide a 24/7 global alert response service to handle everything for you, either way you will have access to a range of interfaces to allow you to locate and manage the iPhone including mobile browser, Google Earth and Java interface with full reporting of events including all the voice call recordings, alerts and locations.

Whether you have iPhones, or other devices or even a mix of devices and operating systems we can provide a unified system for the protection and management of your people and assets. Our service includes a comprehensive consultation process, assistance with the deployment, set up and training to delivering a full managed service with continuous technical and operational support with a real hands on approach.

The TrackaPhone Alert Client uses an in app subscription to provide the easiest possible gateway to our service. The subscription is for 12 months and costs £19.99. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged £19.99 for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
